Clinical Mentorship.

Looking to level up your clinical skills? Want to work with someone who has read the books, taken the classes, listened to the podcasts, and learned through getting it wrong?

Let's talk. We have a variety of options that meet you where you are.

Beginnings program

Our unique apprenticeship program guides you through the primary evidence-based therapy models. With options to go through our content with a small group of your peers, or learn on your own, we have created what we needed when starting out: a longitudinal, intentionally written program.

We know the endless available trainings can get confusing. What do you purchase, and when? What happens when you have questions or need support long after the training is over? Consider trying something different, built for you, by people who have been where you are.

Pre-Licensure Supervision

Going through Beginnings provides the required individual supervision you need to earn your clinical license. However, if you decide not the participate in Beginnings, we can meet with you individually for the required hour per week. We will still provide you with supplemental clinical materials, and provide the same level of individualized feedback and support we do through Beginnings.

EMDR certification consultation

Ready to deepen your EMDR skills? Consider becoming certified in EMDR through the EMDR International Association (learn more here)!

All EMDR consultation services are in line with EDMRIA's standards and processes. We will walk you through this process, sharing hard won lessons from our own clinical work. Supervision is available in either individual or small group formats.

Training Intensives

Offered on a quarterly basis, we offer three hour intensive clinical mentorship sessions to help you deep dive into a specific clinical area. We cap these at 10 to allow for individualized attention and time, so don't wait to sign up for the next one!

Psychotherapy.

Rather than try to provide everything to everyone, we have learned and practiced a handful of strong, evidence based interventions. In short, we are more about quality than quantity.

The four areas to the right are our "specialities" or things we spend the most time doing, reading about, obsessing over, and perfecting. We all are trauma specialists, and also have a growing interest in OCD treatment.

Trauma Informed Care

This information applies to anyone who has a history of trauma, and/or who knows someone with a history of trauma. In short: EVERYONE. This content applies to all of us.

Approaches to Addiction

Whether or not you specialize in addiction, it's likely people in your caseload struggle with it. This problem is growing each year, and therapists need to be able to address it proactively and empathetically. We can help with that.

Harm Reduction

While this area grew out of the addictions field, we see ways to apply it to other clinical work, HR scenarios, parenting, and more. It's the steps behind "meeting people where they are." We'll show you the actions behind that type of approach.

Exposure-Based Therapy

Learn how exposure methodology directly targets the underlying causes of post-traumatic stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anxiety disorders. We pack this one with hands on activities that bring the word "exposure" to life!
